    Hi all,

For those of you who are living in Germany or going abroad to Europe:

On December 16, 2006, a brand new museum for card models will open in the beautiful town of Heidelberg, on the Rhine, in western Germany:

Germany has a very long tradition in card model-printing and -making and this will probably be a very interesting museum to visit if you are in the vicinity.

    All the best,
    Bengt

Hey, neat. I'm only about 70km from Heidelberg.

    Hey Rick,

Yeah, that´s really neat - I must say that I envy you. That would only be about an hours ride on the train or in a car, I guess?

Do you think you could go there some day in December and shoot a couple of simple 'snaps' for the Forum?
    That would be great!

    All the best,
    Bengt

I just told my fellow modelers (plastic) in the neighbor-city about the great legacy card modeling have in Germany (they were stunned with the pictures I brought from the forums and shows). I´m thinking seriously on study German (and practice it with my sister-in-law), and then plan a trip to Germany JUST to visit these places (the museum in Bremerhaven and this museum).

    Thank you Bengt!!

Living up in Darmstadt, I think I might even be a little closer!

I'll see if I can make it up there between X-mas and New Years.
