Cant get my motor going

Bought this cool little yard engine on the bay only to recive it and relize the motor is locked up tight

Any help finding a new one motor or engine??
if nuttin else I will just have to set it up with the collection and never ger to run it but that half of the fun of havin them right.

By the way all it says on the bottem is Yugoslavia so I am thinking it is Atest ?or not? and it is HO scale it was listed as AHM

Does the motor smell burnt?
Sometimes the magnets attract metal parts into the motor that jam the armature.
I would pull the motor apart and check.
You have to bend two of the metal tabs on the end and the ends will pull off.
If it's burnt up I have a replacement motor PM me your address and I'll send it.
I have one of those that I repowered with an old Mantua power truck.
