Brass Barrel Sets for 1/200 warships

I just bought GPM's Prince of Wales kit and Graf Spee kit on E-bay, both 1/200.
I have Thomas Pleiner's laser-cut railings and ladders. I'm wondering about the brass barrel sets offered by Paper Model Store and others. What's in them and are they worth the price? ($10-$13)?

Also, where can I get 1/200 anchor chain? What other "accessory sets" should I consider?

I'm new to paper ship modeling--or maybe I'm just crazy. But I'm looking for a change from airplanes.

The turned barrels are well worth the investment. As far as anchor chains, a good doll house supply or arts/crafts store should do the trick.
