I went out yesterday and bought it a TB-02 Skyline GTR. I was amazed how fast these things are out of the box. Remember the only experience I have with RC's is the Walmart and Radio Shack types. But I do have a few question When putting together the ball differential, how tight do I make these, I did not quite understand the directions? And second was with all the extra parts, I'm guessing they are spares and hop-up parts. Anybody with a TB-02 should I have gone straight from the directions or should I have deviated at all with some of the other parts?

congrats man a tb-02 is very good for a first real rc car! you can tighten the diff as much as you want, as that is the reason why so many use a ball diff. You can virtually make it perform like a Limited slip by making it tight but not too tight and you can make it a free rolling diff by loosening it!
