Very important note for anyone building this: Gearz uses dashed lines for valley folds. As dashed lines are usually used for mountain folds (with valley folds being marked by dot-dashed lines), this is liable to catch people off guard. I know it threw me at first.

I have built this model a few times. I have not had any problems or issues with it. Generally speaking, yes, you are correct. However, there is a caveat. If you are using a solid line as a mountain fold, you can use a dashed line for a valley fold. Then again this is where both a good legend key is needed. Not only that, it is strongly advised that you read all text that accompany the template and look everything over before beginning your build. So, that way, you know what the designer intended for the template and final outcome of the model as a whole.
