Cuts for hours Sticking and and if I see then the ship there see me no bigger changes.

It's pretty easy, Glen:
Just type your text, and where you want the picture, click on the little box along the top that says "Img", a little img will appear, type in the link to your picture (has to be available on the internet, I believe, and then close the photo link by clicking on the img box again, thus:
In preview you should see the picture appear!
You can also add it as a file attachment, using the box below the post a reply box.

It is also possible to insert a pic that exists in your album!
When you view the picture in the album, notice that the URL of the pictures comes up as:
http://s93816356.onlinehome.us/phpbb2/album_page.php?pic_id=288
..but you have to change it from "album_page" to "album_pic" to get it to call out just the image by itself:
http://s93816356.onlinehome.us/phpbb2/album_pic.php?pic_id=288
