I had a prairie 2-6-2 that one wheel came off the front idler truck. I sent a E Mail to Bachman. The said to send the engine to them. About 10 days after mailing the engine, received a call from Frank at Bachman. He said they no longer stock parts for the prairie 2-6-2 and wondered if I would accept a 2-8-0 in exchange. I accepted the deal and 3 days later the engine was delivered. Wow. fast service. I road tested it and it runs like a dream. It doesn't have much speed but the performance more than makes up for it. I am 100% satisfied with Bachmans performance. This is the third time that Bachman has made a exchange for me and upgraded them all.
