automated Diesel horn

I am currently installing an HO loop in a pediatrician's office. I have got a CSX SD-45 for primary tractive power and 10 cars of rolling stock, but the problem is now the doctor wants a horn to go with the loop. Does anybody know of a system for reproducing a Diesel air horn without having to babysit it?

Hmmmmmm, as one of the least electronically skilled members on the forum I hesitate to answer but imagine that a sound unit could be installed near the tracks with some sort of motion detector so it would activate everytime the train went by..... guys?
