    Hi all,:wave:

    I'm new here [actually been on the forum for awhile, but just quiet].

    I'm a scrathbuilder, not necesarily cardmodels. But I use them as material, paterns and such [ Greeblies], for my builds.

    I've been going crazywall1, lookin for aircraft carriers cardmodels [4 in particular], for my Sci-Fi projects. But haven't found a thing.:confused::cry::curse:

    These are the ones I lookin for;

    1. USS Enterprise CV-6 [WWII]

    2. USS Enterprise CVN-65 [modern]
    {These two will go in my Star Trek Enterprise collection}

    3. USS Coral Sea CV-43 [cerca 1979 - 1985]

    4. A-12 São Paulo [The French Carrier, Fosh, sold to Brasil]
    {These two will go in my other Star Trek collection}

    Can anyone help? :confused:
    [In case someone asks... I'm lookin for free downloads.:twisted:

    Thanks in advance for any help given.:thumb::thumb::thumb:

    There are no free downloads for those kits... You'll have to go purchase them.

    Hi Soaring,

    Thanks anyways, but I'll past on the pruchasing.:)
    I'm not going to buy a kit, I'm not going to fully build.:neutral:
    I just wanted then for some parts, and to get an idea on how to make the bottom part of the hulls, since I've only found top and side views of them, but no front and bottom views. :sad:
    Without all the views, I don't know what the hull looks like in it's intirety, and can't build them.:-(

    Who know's you might want to give it a try ;)

    I can't think of another way than that.

    I've built papermodels before, such as the "Icarus" from Planet of the Apes, by Jan...[can't remember his last name now]. It was a pretty kool kit, but I just can't get the hang of compound curves with card paper.
    That's one of the reasons I switched to scratchbuilding out of wood [I can make any curve], plastic and paper [both are easy to come by].

    Oh well, I guess I'll just keep searchin then.wall1

    Thanks anyhow.:):thumb:

    Hey Vahmp ... your speaking of Jan Rukr, a very talented artist. Do a search for his site, I can't post the link here unfortunately.

    Thanks anyways foreiner,

    But like I said above, I already have all the plans I was looking for.

    I found two on the net, and a freind of mine, on another forum, had purchased the other two a long time ago, and decided to send them to me as a surprize.

    So now I'm not lookin for them anylonger.
