A toughie!

    You actually don't need a mine on that side of the divider. Just the siding to spot the cars to be picked up by the mine switcher is all that is necessary. My loads-out side is just a cut with an overpass.


    That is why I only need a single track. If you are cramped for space you can have the siding for the industry doing the same thing. Just showing the car movements. Sort of stealth industries.

  2. why two tracks

    the two tracks allows a load of 'empties' to be dropped off and a load of 'fulls' to be picked up at the same time (or vice versa), using the same principal you just have for your stealth entries.
