A Stallion in Cajon Pass

    Here is a photo of a south bound BNSF freight wit a Norfolk Southern loco on the point. This photo was taken in March 2006 just south of Sullivan's Curve in Cajon Pass

    If you're down in LA you'll see all kinds of visiting road names- CSX, CN, CR. Run throughs from the East coast.

    If you saw NS power even half as much as we're stuck with BNSF and UP in Ohio you'd really start to hate it...

    I know what you mean Brian , it seems as though the great pumpkins are everywhere. I thought that it was of interest that a BNSF freight had a NS loco on the point. I have hundreds of photos taken in Cajon Pass and this is the first time I have seen something other than BNSF on the point

    I'm glad you caught something rare down there.

    You seeing that must be the equivalent to me seeing an FEC unit leading up here...
