Had a great day on Saturday - lots of trains, both real and model. I went to the local NMRA meet (St Lawrence Division - see: http://www.cyberus.ca/~g_knowles/sld/sld_index.htm ) It was great, with a video on weathering and staining, and a clinic on installing crossbucks and making them flash automatically.

This is a picture of my new P2K 0-6-0 on the club's module.

We also saw some real-life action in Carleton Place (see: http://www.the-gauge.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=5173 ). Then we went on a layout tour, followed by a stop at Smith's Falls - one of the busiest yards in E. Ontario.

To top it all off - a stop at the local hobby shop in Merrickville.

Unfortunately I had run out of space on the digital camera after the layout tour....
