Now I'm AMP'd
Patriotic theme this week.....Cool!
I didn't think I had anything til I looked up on the shelf in the computer room.
I did these a couple of years ago.

First one was an inspiration from OCC's "POW/MIA" bike.
Second I did in 2003. Even a railroad can show its support.

Neat pictures Chief! That's a sad photo of those rusted switchers. Say, any idea what those odd looking silver tanks are in your 8th photo?

Good question. When I was shooting them, thought of sand. Looks like heavy duty lines going to them. CNG or compressed air???? Photos are stored in aux. harddrive. Will "hook up" and enlarge. Also will ask around.

Those are reasonable suggestions. Thanks. I'm intrigued by the smaller diameter of the tank bases.

Great photos all..!!! Chief...Roanoke is one of those "Holy Grail" places in RR'ing. Lucky you live "close-by"...Great pics...!!:thumb:

Stopping at a crossing to see a new tunnel moter on the range (413) I saw this bilboard for Uncle Lefty's Fireworks Warehouse.

Sounds like fun!
