Once again, I'm having terrible problems with this site.
No matter what browser I use (AOL, Mozilla and IE) every action puts me back to a sign-in screen.
Sign in and it sends me back to sign-in. Assure that cookies are allowed in all browsers. Sign-in takes me to sign-in. Change password (on the chance that I forgot or mistyped) - New password -sign-in - takes me to sign-in. Add things to cart. Check on cart. Takes me to sign-in again AND empties the cart.

I have to say, I was having problems signing in as well, but I believe Ralf fixed the glitch. It does still do that cycling back to the log in page thing from time to time, and sometimes loses the sign in when I open in a new window, which requires I sign in again in the new window, but it is better than it was 24 hours ago, at least from my experience...and I was able to place an order without a problem too.

Nice discounts, makes it hard to resist getting a few models, now doesn't it?

    Where is the Halinski SBD-3?

I can't find it anywhere and it's supposedly been out for several months. Ralf said that he would have in ten days about seventeen days ago. I'm left wondering what the status of really is...,

It was on his website 2 days ago, but it is gone now. I should of bought it then, but the wife had the debit card at the time.

    Items getting lost

Is already sold out. Will have new supply in two weeks. My stupid program does deactivate an item when it runs out of stock. If do not realize it immedidately and fix it, then it will just disappear.

Your new website is an absolute nightmare. It isn't fixed yet.....back to the login page at every step. (It did work properly the first ten or so selections I made, then went to hell.) And the shipping prices....one order I tried making gave me a minimum shipping price of over $20 for three models. I've said "to hell with it" on at least a dozen occasions since you changed to the new format and made my orders elsewhere....may have been a bit more money, but at least their website worked. If you want my business, you are going to have to get your web site under control. After a day of work, who needs more frustration.

I am having problems there as well and it is frustrating me to no end!
I keep getting stuck in a log in loop. Log in, select item, "please Log In", Log in, select item, Please Log in, over and over, GGRRRR, Nothing ends up in my cart. Can't buy if I can't log in! GGRRRRR!
My blood pressure was going up! I had to leave the site before I had a stroke!

I am going to cool down and try again later. Maybe.

    Problem on Website

No need to get excited or sick. Please Amazyah let me know your email adress which you are using for login. So I can fix it for you.

Anybody having the same problem, just let me know. If necessary I will enter the order for you and you only have to checkout.

My programmer tells me that the explorer updates have changed something and this is causing the problem. They are trying to solve it but we do not have influence on Microsoft decision. The same happens with the banner menu on top. You have to click now twice instead of once. We have not changed anything but Microsoft is nowaday automatically updating the software and causing this. I am told this happens on a lot of site suddenly, as if this helps me. Sorry for the trouble. I do not intent to harm anybody. So if you have trouble just send me your email login and the items you want to order. I will take care of the rest

Running a Web Business can be very frustrating at times because you are offering something somebody wants and are helpless (sorta) when thing head toward the crapper.

Thanks for offering to bypass your site and allow people to deal with you directly. Some business are NOT so kind.

Hey guys if you are having problems with the site deal with him directly, at least until he and his programmer guy get things worked out. He really does want your business, and I'll bet has said more bad things to the folks around him than y'all have.

Microsoft a piece of crab - Use Firefox

My programmer told me that Microsoft Explorer is a piece of crab and he is right. I had a lot of problems on other site do, but there is an easy remedy. I am using now Mozilla Firefox as Webbrowser and every computer specialist is telling me the same. The program is free and I have instantly no problems anymore. You can download the browser for free at http://www.mozilla.com/products/

You will see the difference not just on my site.

That must be the remedy because I have NEVER had a problem with Ralf's site. I have not used Internet Explorer for years because quite frankly it sucks compared to mozilla.

The programmer is obviously building for and testing in Mozilla. That's never good practice - I have about 6 different browsers I use to test stuff I've written. It stops the clients beating on you if something doesn't work. Yup - he's quite right about recent updates to IE6 changing Javascript on the browser - that caused me to stick more pins in my Bill Gates voodoo doll.

It has nothing to do with the programmer. We use OSCommerce software which is the worldwide open standard software. It is written for Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla etc. only the changes is doing in the background are causing this trouble.
