This may not even be the correct forum/place for a question such as this...

Has anyone built any of the 1/50 airplanes on DeWaynes site? What type of construction method is used? Anything I need to be aware of?

I'm currently deployed and to kill time I build paper 'anything'. Cars, airplanes, motorcycles... you name it. I found DeWaynes web site through here and of course found enough 1/50 stuff to keep me busy for the rest of my time... The only thing that is a hinderance is space and lack of all the neat little tools, toys and material. That's why I'm curious about the type of construction for these 1/50 airplanes. If it's fairly simple stuff (like me), then I'm in business.

I'm building mostly FG type stuff right now, so that's where my knowledge and experience level is with building paper aircraft.

Where have you been deployed to? By the name I'd say you are Air Defense and went through Ft. Bliss.

Contact me directly and give me an idea of your interests.
