    Model of the Month: T-47 Snowspeeder / paper-replika / 1:20

You know what? I am sort of jealous :) But well deserved Model of the month, no doubt. Great job from you and from Paper-Replika, too.

    Stand for devastator marine

Wow, a cool one, and a great build, if I may say;) He is in my mid- to long term to-do list, too. Is it too late to disassemble partially his boots (from the bottom) and put some serious weight inside? In my Wolf Guard Terminator I used lead balls (for air rifle, available in hardware stores)...

    Female Stormtrooper

Sure thing, I have even seen her completed. One problem - her head is off scale, the helmet should be about one third bigger. Imagine the size of her real head... got it?

Model-making is not for the weak

    Making a Canopy

There are also clear plastic sheets used in book binding, and some remember similar sheets for overhead projectors (anyone still uses these?). I have not tried the soda bottles, but it has to work, too.

    Concorde G-BOAD / MegaGraphic / 1:150

Just a few photos of the finished thing. This is about to be published soon in Czech Republic, and I was lucky enough (did not feel that way all the time, though) to build both versions included in the kit. First is later British Airways marking. (This is how the plane ended in the...

    T-38 1/35 scale - my prototype

1/35 to 1/25 is not hard - you only have to print it not on A4 but on A3. The ratio is 1,4, which should fit. I am not sure with US Letter - Ledger formats, but it should be the same.

    UHU02 Tie Interceptor

It will be interesting, how it will look against the Ninjatoes/Loenf TIE, which seems as the best version for now. Any more info about scale / details? Definitely watching this :thumb:

ABC 7 Wonders of the ancient world

These models were published, each in two or three parts, throughout five years. I consulted some databases, so that you know what you are searching for: (volume/issue) Colossus of Rhodos 38/7 (1994) Pyramids and Sphinx 38/20 (1994) Lighthouse on Pharos 39/6, 39/7 (1995) Mausoleum in...

    T-38 1/35 scale - my prototype

Zathros, this is T-38, for sure. T-34 is another legend of its own. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-34_tank vs http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-38_tank It looks like a nice model to me (I saw the pictures yesterday :)), I would like to see it :) Can you upload it here? Please? I am sure...

    Model colorings, patterns and textures

That takes years of praxis, of course. The black and white images can be colored an weathered in any software you choose to use. If we think about "free", there is Gimp, Inkscape and many others... But you have to know WHAT you are going to paint (which means seriously studying the photos or...

    What is it?........

It seems like this robot-y thingy from Ergo Proxy Anime. You can see it here:cfIhZSG_wM0 In action around 3:30, not very visible, but seems very much like this. I can not remember if it is more visible somewhere later... Haha, I had an otaku-episode in my life, too. I even fan-subbed this...

    Airport / Airfield Models?

I know of a small RAF airport, released recently: http://prmodels.webnode.cz/products/raf-airfield-1-250-made-by-rawen-and-m-tichy/ The planes are those, on which flew Czech pilots, but there are the structures and vehicles, too, and these are pretty universal ;)

ALAN ROSE DC3 Now at ZEALOT!!!

Downloaded and checked this. Wow... What a model this must have been in its time... I wonder how downscalable (I just made this word up :D) this might be. Even at quarter of the size the model would be pretty impressive :) (not gonna start this any time soon ;))
