Here is what I have been working on. First I finished my Southern Railway SD80AMC: SD70 and SD80MAC posing together for the first time: Another BN '80MAC: and finally a Sd70MAC that is undergoing changes to become a CSX YN3 SD70MAC:

I think what you do in this situation is oil the gears. Let's see what others say but that's what I would do. Wheel cleaning won't make it any noisier, it will just run worse, more jerky most likely. -Smoke

I log in a couple times a week but I check in at least once a day. If i see something that I want to comment on I log in. If there is nothing that interests me I don't log in. -Smoke

This is a KATO SD45,Factory painted, Customer assembled, and then Custom Weathered. The customer ordered heavy weathering so that's what he got.

Hi all, This is going to be the thread where I post all the custom painted Motive power that I have done. As you will see I am a fan of Southern railway, and modern day equipment. So far my favorite SOU loco is my SD70MAC, while my favorite loco is the SD80MAC. Here are the first of many to come.
