Am working on my HOI layout and wish to wire some #6000 NJ Internat'l switch machines. Not sure what the three sets of contacts are for? One has two poles, one has three and then there is a set on very thin, flexiblecontacts----anyone have some easy to follow suggestions? F...

AM beginning to wire up my HO RR. With a siding do you gap both rails? And, when Wescott etc refer to switches (all powered Atlas variety) pointing to one another-is this referring to the point end or the frog end...and which part of the frog? I am confused. F Elliott (felliott2@verizon.net)

Thanks for all the help. I have narrowed this flaw down to the engines are short yard ones and do not expand over the long frog! What fun!!!!

An HO NS turnout will not let any traffic through using any point of entry. Trains get stuck at the frog. Is this a defective frog (plastic) and Can I repair/fix it or is it for ther junk pile?

Am building my layout-"The Eclectic & Whatnot" by myself. Will be in- stalling about 12-15 switch machine-all NJ International Dbl coil. Tried the vertical RIXRAX under the layout. Very hard to do by myself. Need Toulouse Latrec or three sets of hands....Now am up to trying the horizontal...

Found half dozen old circuit boards chock full of resistrors and ten connector poles for wiring. Boards are Tri Delta D-2. Must have something to do with old HO systems..for powering something. Anybody got an idea. Board has a metal flat bar about 3/4" X 4" with two round metal devises wired...

I have a 2--8-2 Penn RR engine with attached tender hooked by a single wire and a connecting rod that is removeable. The engine works when powered off the track. With the tender attached or not it will not run. Appreciate any help. felliott@optonline.net
