    Smaller HO Scale Suggestions?

I now know that putting a layout around the edge of a wall is a good idea, but about how long should that be to have about 2 cities? Reall I'd like both passenger operations in each and an industry in each. I like either: Brewing, Sugar Refinery, Power Plant, or Dairy. Any links to layouts of...

What do you do in HO scale?

Interesting to hear from you train whiz. I am nearing 15 years old, and a beginning model railroader. I've always admired steam trains, and I've also liked designing and mapping out imaginary cities. So combine the two and you have a train layout! I've built RC model boats as well. So far...

    Table/Other Advice

Well, I've been thinking more about planning lately and some of the problems I will run into. I am an amateur and simply cannot attempt to build a table or anything like that. I will need some kind of premade table for cheap that is large, or a collection of tables. I would say my layout...

    Winter/holiday 2005 non-contest

This is my "under the tree layout". In reality, it's more of a Christmas Village with a Train complimenting it. the village is K-Mart's long discontinued trim a Home Collection. The train set is a Bachmann HO Frontiersman. Gotta love the green engine. Sorta like Percy from Thomas the Tank...
