Is there any other dual control power pack available other than MRC Tech II DualPower 2800 Transformer? I have checked a few places but didn't find others listed.

    Foam treatment

Just wondering if any one has tried using FoamPrep as a "sealing coat" on their layout. This is a glue-like product that is sold at all the shows in the mid-Atlantic region along with a hot wire form shaping tool. What do you use on foam surfaces as a finish coat?

    Track cleaning cars

Has anyone here used either the Model Power or Roco track cleaning cars? I'm sure the Atlas does a better job but on a small layout like mine I hate to spend the $50 or so for the Atlas which also looks a bit too "outer-spacey" for my taste. :thumb:

    Con-Cor passenger cars

I have posted some photos of a "village" I intend to model in n-scale. Since there is a spur to a baggage shed from the depot (which was originally constructed by Wm. DuPont in the early 1900's when he owned Montpelier (the former plantation of Pres. James Madison and his family in the 1790-1830...

    Starting out in N scale

My first post after "lurking" for several weeks. I am working on a brand new very small (by necessity) N scale layout of 31"x32" in my return to scale rr'ing after a layoff of about 25 years and I have to say the scratching building I've seen here is most impressive. Since the layout in...
