    Bachmann ATSF 4-8-4

    :curse: Does anyone know how to remove the shell from the new Bachmann ATSF 4-8-4? They didn't learn from the past and brought it out without traction tires and it does good to pull it's own weight. I'd like to add some weight under the shell, if there's room. Thank you very much. Dick Texas...

    Big Boy decoder

    In leu of buying a Precision-Craft Big Boy for $500, I'm thinking of buying a Genesis Big Boy for $300 and swapping the MRC decoder with a Tsunami decoder. Has anyone tried this yet? If so, does it have to be modified, hard wired or can it be plugged right in? Thanks much. Dick Texas Chief
