I'm in, I finally got to the LHS and picked up a kit. I'm going to use it as is, it will end up as an abandoned ( and maybe partially burnt down ) building. Started out by adding some paint detail. I'll post pics as I go. :wave:

I'm getting ready to install a digitrax 163AO decoder do I need to put tape under the decoder. I've heard some say you have to so you don't let the smoke out of the decoder. Anyone install one yet?

These were built by my dad over 20 years ago. Survived over 20 years stored in a box (includes a least 3 moves).

I airbrushed floquil thinning about 10% with thinner. Its seems to be taking forever to fully cure. 2 days and it still feels tacky but its is not leaving finger prints. Any help.:confused:
