    CSX's new paint scheme

    This is a retro scheme to save money. Period. I think they are pretending its the 50's at CSX when it comes to the scheme. Hardly a monikor for a foward modern era transportation company. The colors remind me of a the blue and gold cub scout awards display. I don't like it. bill d

    The "Great Stuff "by Dow that I use dries more like a lower density version of the HDPS that is used in homes in the Northeast. The DAP material if I'm not mistaken is more like a silcone caulk? bill d

    a question from a newbie

    With the HDPS (High density Polystyrene) you don't have as much mess as with the white beaded material. No problem with O -gauge running on top of it or sandwiched. It also sculpts easier than the white beaded material IMHO.
