Only problem I see is that it will all burn up when you fire it up!! Someone with some good "Shooping" skills could make a nice clip of that shooting flame. :)

Truly eveyone, thanks for all the positive comments. You all are keeping me motivated. Zathros, thanks for sticking this. Hard to believe I only started doing this two years ago.

My kids ceiling has taken the brunt of this but they have been good sports about it. thumbsup

Sorry for taking so long to stick it, seeing how you were sticking with it, I didn't want to be seen as sticking it to you, so I stuck. I also again thank Legal01, someone whom I have respected for many many years, bring his treasures here. :)

Okay, the thrust structure is under way. ( Please insert your own thrust joke here.) This no matter how you slice it, no pun intended, is a beast. Also, good thing to know if you are making this model in 8.5 x 11 in paper then your core is going to shrink down to 199mm as opposed to the listed 216mm for the core formers. If that turns out to be incorrect, I'll let you know but for now, I was just testing the size. Only other thing of note, part 1 and part 2 are maybe .5mm or so different in height so just shave them down and they will align perfectly. Then join them all together with part 3 and you have a very large start to something significantly larger. I know it would be tedious to do but maybe in future versions of this we could include some stringers. ;);)

Okay, ran into first problem today. On the thrust structure the red markings on part 6 have been flipped. So the piece is marked upside down. Sadly, I had already glued it but with a little excessive force I was able to remove it with no damage to the overall structure. thumbsup
20150729_152937.jpg Okay, these are 6 and 7. 6 is in the model should be rotated and on the left side.

Well, it's been slow going but here are some updates. I have just started summer vacation so I should be able to get some more done on this.thumbsup So, without further ado. I have finished the bottom of the thrust structure. Can't wait to attach the engines but all good things in time. I have finished the central support and everything is nice and supported. Then finished the tabs for attaching the thrust structure to the rest of stage 1.

Here are the tabs all attached nice and pretty. For the last support I was supposed to cut a hole in the center...but, I didn't. Primarily because I forgot but it doesn't look like it will be a problem later so dodged the bullet on that one. Also started some of the detailing around the fairings.

This is the first time I have seen these and they are an awesome addition to the model. Here are the retro motors. I only had the pictures included in the parts 1 section so, this is what I came up with. A word of warning though, when you print these you will probably want to shrink them by 5 to 6% as they print up too large. Found that out a bit too late.

Seen the one issue, changes will be made! Thanks! Otherwise awesome build so far!
You really compiled a fun build. I have never seen the retro motors before. Really nice addition. Hopefully the fairings will fit over them nicely. ;) Really great stuff.

Okay, all the fairing insides nice and attached. Looking good so far. Now, parts 20 and 21 I just took a guess at the only photo on the original Greelt instructions is cropped and at an awkward angle. This way seemed to work out but should you try this build, go with what works for you.
