Not sure if this is the place for this. Im having trouble with my printer, (1) Its not printing the patterns you see on the original model, (2) When I print multiple sheets they come out different sizes, as you can imagine, very hard to get model to fit properly.

You should give some more information about the files you are trying to print, the software you use to print and the printer itself to help better understanding your problems.
The second one seems to me as you are trying to print PDFs with the "fit to page" option so little parts are enlarged to fill the page and big ones are shrinked to fit. You have to let the "print at original size" option selected to have all pages printed the same scale (assuming you are printing from Acrobat reader).

Im printing BSG Landram by "Revell-Fan" PDF on a EPSOM Artisan 730, 250gm card stock, using windows 7 desktop. I did notice that the fit to page bit was changing as I printed.

It sounds like the fit to page is not working for you, could be that the pages are slightly different sizes (even just slightly)?

I would suggest to use a fixed reduction percentage if you want to reduce the output.

Never use "Fit to Page" when printing model sheets. It doesn't make sense as the data you are printing is different in size from page to page, so fitting to page will of course alter the data. Always use the default printing, do not use "borderless", that does not work good good on Epson, of many other printers, for the reason I stated above. Set your printer back to "Default" settings. The parts you have printed so far may fit, I think probably not.....

A new twist to my printer problems. I was printing the V Blaster from the tv show, printer printed all bar page 14, every time I try to print the printer goes into cleaning mode and spits out the card stock. I finally gave up and converted to an image using PDFill then it printed.
