You know, I have never thought about using my photoetch folding tool to fold paper. I need to go try that. Thanks. :D

I have once of these. It wall thicknesses are a minimum of 1/4" steel, weighs 100 lbs, and is 36" wide. Never tried it on paper, but it does 16 gauge Steel sheet like it was made out of paper. :)

Do you guys use anything else to fold things? My projects are not huge, so I'm usually able to get by using flat jaw needle nose pliers or using Webster 5" surgical needle holders.

I bend very small parts with wafer tweezers. They have large flat tips. Those old school metal spring paper clips work well, are cheap. and come in different sizes. You can square the edges with sandpaper on a piece of scrap glass to keep everything flat. You can also use them for straight cuts on small parts with an exact knife by scoring along the clamping edge of the clip while its holding the part.
