I would estimate $300 using Atlas snap track with out the cork roadbed. The cork is probably $20 for a box of 12 triple sections that makes 90 plus feet of single track bed. Flex-track would be less. Go to www.atlasrr.com and click on the layout tab.

P2K Gear Replacements I have had the P2K gear problem recently and was unaware it was commeon. The nice folks at Walthers have sent repair gears, but I am interested in your comment regarding using Athearn or NWSL gears. Do you have part numbers you have used in your P2K GP7?
