So, I took a break from here for a little while to ditch papercraft, focus on my job and school, and get back into foam building. I know that's irrelevant to this section, but it seems this thread is a modge podge of a lot of different builds, so I'd just like to share progress on other things...

Thanks! My god we had a good time. The more I look at this armor, the more I sort of hate it. Had a bit of a crisis with how it looks and spent yesterday slimming it in EVERY direction. Now, it looks WAY less bulky, but no pictures of that. Pictures of it looking bulky, instead.

Thanks! Crap, I didn't know that- I was really worried about bricking someone's phone by complete accident. Any ideas on how to build it into my armor now? The back plate is finished, so I can't and probably shouldn't drill it out and put it into one of the rear panels..

It's slowly improving! Gun is now mostly plastic. Light up ammo counter, gas block, working charging handle, real 7.62 muzzle brake, and a real Magpul rubber buttplate have been added. Now it's heavy, and that adds a conundrum- how the hell to 'magnetically' attach it to my back? Some point...
