    If the join edges doesn't work it means your original model is made up of independent parts. You need to join them in the 3D before you use PEP3. In Meta you would use the "join closed vertices" command. Hope this helps. Cheers JTF

    That's what I was thinking. If you want it to you could then go down the expanding foam option, as seen on a ships hull somewhere, to add firmness. The question is could you soak some paper to make it flexible and then stretch it over the foam. No seams. Cheers JTF
