anybody know what this is?? Or what its for?

That is a loop for carrying one of the suit bags with hangers out the top. Put the hanger necks in the loop, run the handle back through the loop and it will hold the items securely and the wire hangers will not tear up your hands. I have one and will sell it to you for a "thong". George

My other hobby is Radio Control Scale Model Boats, I scratch build from plans or pure whimsy. Have about 40 of them that take up the other half of the basement. They range in size from an HO scale Tug Boat, to a 1/96th scale USS Missouri ( that is just under 10 feet in length). My favorite...

    Filling plastic gaps

Another good filler, is Elmer's "Fill-N-Finish INTERIOR" it will stick to plastic, plaster, wood etc. It dries in 20 minutes, is as easy to sand as balsa wood, yet provides a hard surface, takes paint well and is water clean-up. Great product. JUST DON"T BUY THE EXTERIOR ONE.......that gets...

    How do you----???

Xavier; You can pour a sheet of plaster of paris about a quarter inch thick, then cut shapes such as a viaduct, portal etc, then take the smallest screw driver from a micro set and carve rock shapes into the plaster. Works good. I just take a flat piece of scrap plywood, glue some quarter...

    HOn30 shops

Home Improvement Stores, Hardware Stores, etc sell a Fibreglass mesh tape for taping plaster cracks, imbed that in the plaster and your breakage problem will be reduced. It is cheap, and works well. You can also glue it to the back of already cast parts with Elmer's glue and it will help to...

    Ginko Bay RR Piledriver

Pile Driver Locobreath; Very nice work, I built one in "N" scale several months back. Had a Line drawing from the White Pass & Yukon RR shops to work from. They had built it in 1901 using an old flatcar as the base. Their drawing has the flat car, with no front coupler, then a swiveling base...
