this is a great battle cruiser to go with the destroyers i have sorted out.
ill dig up the files and see about posting them for upload.
been distracted from paper lately but seeing your work here has me all up ons again!
intresting im glad to see somebody tackle the big ships here ..
did you ever see the cruisers i was working on
a fair amount more got done before i got distracted. i suppose as soon as i can get some more ink to print tests and builds ill work on this again have all the original files.
maybe...
thanks so much sjsquirrel im really thankfull that you took the time to make this model. ive been enjoying the build quite a lot.
heres a couple of pics of current progress. and aftertonight i need to slowdown a little (have a commision i need to work on ...)
i will be printing the nessary...
here is me wondering where to get the files for the mini fighters and also what one would do for a mini raider and transport. love to do small work thats why im detailing out a 1.5 foot galactica....
have that first componet coverd in ribs left out the bottom for now untill i see how the central bridge section fits exactly. i have shifted the plan slightly im gonna build all the major componets then start on covering and paneling i think i will have a greater sense of progress this way...
i think i have decided to plate the thing have to check out the local craft store for sheets of grey paper that are appropriate . gonna do the ribs and the armor plates over the ribs will help the overall look a lot and cover the mistakes the photos dont show. should have pics in a few days...
well started the thing last night heres my progress so far.
im fair sure that the build will be way below my normal standards but its been a long time since i did much paper modeling.
anyway i plan on posting progress here as i accomplish it.
the stands are left over from some honor harrington ships i have *as i made custom stands for them did not need the ones they came with.
the actual intention is to have a all wood stand for this ship but that is a later thing maybe after i do the paint work...
thankys for the comment!

i know im weird but i do like "cute" tanks and that one is fursure!
peace and razors!
actually gaming is one of the goals for my paper colonial fleet.
trick is getting scaleing to where its useable and not *too big and the models are still buildable.
thankys for the comments
so this is the colonial one i printed about 2 weeks ago .
still need to do some color work on the seams (ill use hobby paints for that)
she is about 1/4th the size that she was inteded to be printed at.
