    Whitby Train Show this weekend

I thought something was amiss this year as the usual group outside selling food was not there. The replacements weren't very good,if my son wasn't clammering for a hotdog I wouldn't have spend a dime. David where was this held before this location? When I look back over the years it has slowly...

    HO Scale Injection Molding Equipment

You have done an amazing job with these machines. Are you going to make up a gaylord (tote) of plastic to sit beside the machines? I work for a company that make's the hot runner for injection molding machines.

    Whitby Train Show this weekend

The one thing about the Brampton show is it takes place the weekend after the fall fair, and if the weathers warm the smell and fly's can be over powering(if you get my drift). This year it seemed that the vendor's were in short supply and some didn't even show up.The layout's were good as usual...

    Whitby Train Show this weekend

I went to the Brampton show and was very disappointed ,and even though I have never been to the Whitby show its too far of a drive(gas) for a smaller show especially with the Christmas show coming up the following weekend.I always find that this show brings in more out of town vendors and better...

    Help with hobby shop pointers

Most of the LHS that I go to often have the location close to the action,I mean they are sitting right beside the CN main line. This action goes hand in hand with modelrailroading,so look for a place near the tracks. The one store carries all scales(N,HO,LIONEL,S,G) and is heavy into Thomas...

    "Canadian Railway Modeller" magazine

When I first got into modelrailroading this was the magazine that they said would be the one to have all the information on Canadian Roads, and the information on suppliers for CN/CP.Some editions of MRR might have a paragraph in their whole magazine on modelling Canadian Roads if youre lucky.For...

    Doubleheaders Tour 2008 pictures

I worked for a Transformer repair company at the plant one summer and also travelled up and down to Little Current for another trucking company as well as between the "Bay" and the Soo. That area has some of the nicest scenery in Ontario. When does your club have its open house next?

Welcome Bud. I used to travel up and down the canyon hauling B-trains to Vancouver from Toronto and that area was amazing. Fast moving water and sheer cliffs and a TINY two lane highway. All the best with the layout.
