I have taken a hiatus...and have not been active at modeling now for about 2 months I guess. I began to prepare this model for putting online...but there is soo much to do to achieve this. I have converted the color of the vertical surfaces to more of the Grey to match the 5S-sea...

rudder and antiroll rudders
These are photos of the addition of the main propeller shafts and rudder and the port and starboard anti roll rudders. The whole under-waterline hull was washed with a flat hull red wash...next for more little Admiral barges and whaleboats...

This is the evolution of the design and construction of the flight deck control island on the Enterprise...with the funnel assembly (I used Siatki for this...it worked nicely!) added and some detail added to the lower levels. And a view of the Enterprise from bow and stern with the flight deck...
