I got a 1960 MRC Model 3 Throttle Pack on ebay. Does anyone know what the VA output is.

I am relatively new to this hobby. 99% of what I have I got off of ebay. Out of 30 purchases I have only one bad deal. There are some real bargains there but shop around and ask questions. Wayne

Greetings I just picked up a Mantua 0-4-0 Switcher on ebay . I thoroughly cleaned the wheels, but when I run it , it goes real good backwards but slow and erratic forwards, regardless of which way I put it on the track. I hope there is a genius out there that can help me with this problem...
