@dnalor - wow - very clean work with much more details and what size! Congratulation on having this MF hanging on your wall.
For me it is a "Model of Mention" - thx for sharing the picture and the link.

Damn, my MF will not be as detailed and not as big as the one of dnalor. ...but I also wanna have one. Finalizing this first and then maby the other model with more details - will see.

So next parts: bottom side of the falcon. No (new) difficulties detected;-)
Small parts (picture 3) have to be glued on the upper side.
Next I did was the stand - easy doing - and fits perfect.
Pictures 8 to 10 - Sensor Antena. If you check the picture of the instruction carefully it is no problem to assamble.

Very nice dnalor! I like the cockpit particularly, greebles are also fantastic. Now I've got to redo mine to make it look half as good....

Cannons: did both versions and used the "difficult" way. As Cybergrinder said - not too difficult.

I did not set the cannons in one line, because in the film you can see that the cannons go in and out when they fire. this is what I found worth implementing.

Next cockpit and side parts: Side parts - no problem.
Cockpit is a little bit tricky to glue the corner. I did by glueing only 1/3 - and after drying the rest - this worked not so bad.

Next the top and bottom plate for the cannon and the heat vents. And the final details.
No big deal detected, beside the fact that the final details are very small. :))

Latest news - final assembley.
Summary - nice model - easy to build. Not as good as the version of dnalor but for beginners - like me - a perfect model.

Starbuck,
That looks great! My only suggestion would be to rotate the cocpit section up so it's not drooping. Otherwise, a great build!

Now you say - I see it too. Thanks for the hint - I will do. I do not want have a Wookie sit crooked. I do not want to risk my arm to be pulled out as Wookies like to to if they are not satisfied.
Thanks again.

Nice looking falcon you have..

remember I build my falcon a little bigger so that the building and greebeling is easier..
For your size it's great.

maybe a hint....when you have to make round things...try to find a tube or something with the same size and use it as a master and wrap a few layers of paper around it with glue and the last with the print.

I did it with a sewer-tube...and it is still in the falcon.

Thank you for the tip. I used tools to get the round things round. What is new is to take a few layers and to leave it in the model - I will try next time. Thx again.

That looks fantastic. I'm working on one of these too scaled down from the original template by 32%. I'll start posting pics as soon as I know I'm not going to goof this (fourth attempt) one up.
