@Tonino Is this model (that you just finished) for your personal collection or are you going to have it on display at the ATBA?
I think that this would make for a GREAT museum or display piece.

Uhmmm.... @Rhaven Blaack , this is a very good question
I confess that I must decide what to do but I don't think that I will separate easily from my baby.
Really, this was just a test building to verify the fit and other details of the prototype. The finished model is just, how can I say, a "secondary effect" of this test... Obviously at any meeting or public occasion in which ATBA is involved, the paper AB03 has the place of honor on the stage but, at the end, she comes home with me!

Then, when the definitive model kit will be produced, I will consider building a second one (with some further enhancements I have on my mind) and THEN I think I will generously donate the first prototype to ATBA... (if they want)

By all means, please continue the story.
Historical stories like this make the model more interesting and draws more interest to it as a whole. It can (and sometimes does) inspire people to want to build that model even more, just so that they can have a piece of history.

Hello my friends. Excuse my long delay: unfortunately during last months my life has drastically reduced my time for modeling (...and for all the other things except work and family...). Now I'm back with the "long" version of the San Marino Train story I promised you. I wrote it in Italian, now I should try to translate it in some kind of English language. I don't know how can I afford this with my limited knowledge of the foreign dictionary... Perhaps you can help me fixing - at least - the worst mistakes... I will post it in few days in the section "Model history and Reference" as my article is really a piece of story and has nothing to do with card models...
