Knocked this one right out of the BallPark. Didn't even give the fans a chance to see it zoom by? More pictures!! Something we can paste on some backgrounds, please:inw:. Beautiful job, design, workmanship, you have covered all the bases on this. One of my favorite episodes to boot!. Close ups on the fighters in that one container would be nice. So very cool! Is this on the Front Page (I can't seem to even find that anymore?) :)

Great model. quite an impressive one. i also saw your other bsg work. the are all amazing. seeing this, i just decided have to make one of my own after i finish the sirius replica x-wing im working on right now. i have the entire fleet models but i never knew they look so good besides the pegasus and galactica. im going to steal your idea of the pictures and the floating display  looks great and it will really solve some of my space problem.

btw: ass kicking x-wing you made :thumb:

I R-F,

I'm impatient to start the "Danscrew's colonial 1" tread. I will when I finish the head. I do a first time but not satisfied. I'm in the second and..........not sure for this one. So tread to come.....

OH! My first head went together well, however, I ended up with a little warping. It was not much so I kept it. Take your time, and most important, do not force anything. I know the small strips can be a nightmare. Assemble one at a time. Pre-shape them well and do not use water-based-glue. Some little cuts in the right places may solve torsion problems, too. Feel free to adapt the inner skeleton. If you are more comfortable with a different solution then use that. It was VERY complicated to unfold the model, I lost the textures on more than one occasion and had to start all over again. So there are some spots which I would have liked to make differently but which was impossible to do because of that. Only the Pegasus is worse (it seems that all faces have been doubled on her and removing the doubles would result in a loss of geometry and textures :-( ). However, I wish you the best of luck!:thumb:
