Hey guys!

Just wanted to show a little bit of what I've been doing so far. Keep in mind that these are my first Pepakura ever, so be gentle hahaha. I'm doing a Dragon priest mask, and an ancient Nord helm. I have not scaled them for wear, being that these were my first projects. I just figured I would get used to all the processes first.

A pile of Priest mask pieces.

Then a bit of assembly.

Then it's assembled! It took me about 20hrs, I'd say. Obviously tons of room for improvement. A few things jumped out at me that were off or wrong. For my first piece I was pleased. I definitely learned a thing or two with this thing! haha

Next up I threw together this ancient Nord helm. This one went MUCH MUCH smoother. I pre-scored all the folds, color coded them, organized the pieces, and worked on a few things at once. Learning is fun! haha.

The start pile is so daunting at first. Or am I the only one doing this?! haha

Honestly this one has a TON less progress pics, because I literally threw it together in one nights. I'd say about 4-6 hrs of work.

Then all that was left was the horns.

Went on in the next sitting... about 3 hrs.

The next step was bracing and supporting for the resin process. I know it looks a bit messy, but it got the job done! I'm still playing around with which way I feel comfortable with. I really actually love the bubble wrap on the inside, and in some spots cardboard taped as a brace on the inside.

Now the dragon priest mask was a bit different, because I was unhappy with the way it sat. I thought it looked a bit lopsided and warped. Probably from the glue. I am still a noob, so I probably used WAY too much haha.

Then the worst part, waiting for the resin to dry. I just want to get started with the bondo part! Thankfully though the dragon priest mask held shape and the resin dried quite nicely I'd say. WAY more even.

Stupid cheap foam brushes leaving tiny bits all over the place...

Ancient helm looking all shiny and stuff.

So, what do you guys think? Not bad for my first time, eh? Overall I'm really happy with the results. I'm learning what glues work for me, what brushes NOT to buy, just general knowledge that makes me better every time I pick up that glue bottle. Thanks for taking a look guys!

Man, if I were you, I wouldn't be happy with the results. I would be ECSTATIC AND PROUD of it!!!
Well done, man!
One question, though: are those your models, or did you download them? If this is the case, then you should post the links and give the author proper credit, don't you think?
I wanna see more, please!

Thank you, thank you. I would post the authors, but honestly I downloaded them before I joined any forums (405th, RPF, here) so I honestly don't remember the author or I absolutely would. If I remember or figure it out, I absolutely will.

As I finish more, I'll post more... with the authors of course!
