Sorry running risk of thread resurrection but i do own the original book in this thread. The cd is great. I have not made a full mech yet but i played around using their pin joint method for improving the legs of the warhound model. Its a neat concept since you basically fold a tight square pin that will go through two octogon holes. I found the holes to be a little time consuming to cut on the one leg i was making and aslo found they wore quick so double stacked card stock in those areas.
I got it for christmas so unsure what was paid for it but the cd has alot on it and you can mix and match the parts. They also have non colored versions on the cd if you want too make your own texture.

Cheers,

Hi, I'm Kurt Young

Hello there,

I hope you enjoy the book as I helped contribute, though really Claudio deserves most of the credit.

Build your own paper robots

It's the "Build Your Own Paper Robots Book." I designed two models for the book.

Very cool! Thanks for clarifying that. Have you done any other works? If you have, please post them in a separate thread and let us know what you have been up too. You need to make an Introductory Post, forum rules by the way, so that would be a good opportunity to fill in the blanks. Please make the Intro post as soon as possible. :)

Its not only a great introduction but an excellent platform for kit-bashing, if I might credit you.

This Thread is being closed because it is skirting the anti advertising rules in place. No one did anything wrong, I should not have let it go on. It was only by reading the whole thread I realized in was improper, re: the forum Rules and Policies. :)
