Good day Ladies and Gentlemen Of the Earth Defence Directorate.
I have started on the build of Crichton (The latest and most intelligent robot of the EDD).

I have started with the wheel assembly and base.

Here are the sheet of parts. I am using light gray cardstock. Unfortunately, I was not able to find metallic cardstock (like I wanted originally).

Yeah, this is a very good start! I'm glad you understand how everything is assembled. Some parts penetrate others, some bend inwards, others outwards, some need glue, others don't. I'm looking forward to the next pics! :thumb::cool::thumb:

Looking good
I never liked Chriton but a good model is always welcome.

Crichton was the first robot which I was able to draw correctly by heart when I was little; maybe this was the reason why I wanted to have a model of him.

Looks good so far. I always liked Crichton he was simple looking but with a sweld head and lots of attitude. All we need now is Twiki. I saw someone on the web was selling a .3ds version for $39. I'd bewilling to kick in $10 if we could get someone who could unfold it for us. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

The body looks really great...I really like the added raised rivets. I always forget how the little things can make such a big difference. :thumb:

@Rogerio - I've been hanging on so long now a little while longer wont make a difference. I just hope I don't fall off. sign1
