Enterprise B or ?........

While I'm still in the midle of my build of the USS Wanderer I'm already trying to make my mind up for my next build.

I always have a hard time to choose so it's good to start thinking about it allready.

I realy realy like the Enterprise B Excelssior class refit by Clever Santoro and I allready downloaded it (the one by Marko)
But........
No instructions at all for this one. I found a build threat on papermodelers but that's the regular Excelsior and doesn't realy show what I need.
In Marko's version there are some small parts that I realy don't know where they go on the ship.

Are there some kind of instructions around at all somewhere regarding the Enterprise B by Marko ?

If I can't find them then I'm thinking about the USS Voyager 1/800 by Christine (found that one on the internet somewhere a while back since the download at papermodelers didn't work for me).
It's an awesome model with a real great heap of parts !! but with a fantastic pdf instruction manual.

Some help or advice would be more then appreciated.

Cheers,
Elko

I don't know if he is a member here But you can contact Marko
over at Papermodels with a pm and he will help. He is a real nice
person and I found that he was easy to work with. He also loves
to see pict of his models that others have built. :)

Hi Elko!
With some instructions i cant help! if on the sheets are some dark grey parts, thats only flaps to glue both ends of a cylinder or something together! if there are other parts, which position you cant identify, you can ask me or also Loenf! he build the ship too!
You can watch some of my and his pictures in the following threads:

I hope and i guess they are helpfull! Loenf told me, that he build his version only through watch my pictures!

I just wonder, that you could download my reworked version at Clever´s site!? because the link there of the ENT-B has an error!

Greetings

Hey, ShadowHawk!

Man, I admit that the Excelsior class is a very beautiful one, but I always remember (if I'm not mistaken) that "hick-up" at the exit of the space dock (Star Trek IV)...:p Well, Scotty had everything to do with that!:twisted:sign1
Me, you know what I intend to do next: the magnificent TOS Enterprise by none other than the great Ron Caudillo. Since they're about the same scale, I want to put one next to the other, just like LOENF did (well, not with HIS amazing quality...).

Cheers!

Thanks Marko for your help.

I realy want to build this model, personaly I think it's the best looking Enterprise.
Your pictures are sure going to help and if I can't identify a certain part I'll ask.

At first I wasn't able to open your version either at Clever's site but the other day I gave it a try again and rightclicked instead of leftclicked the link to your version and opened the link in a new window in Firefox.
The link automaticaly opened in acrobat reader and loaded the whole template. I could save it to my HDD from acrobat reader so now I'm the happy owner of your version :)

I used the same way with your other models at Clever's site and it worked.

I am first gonna try and finish my current project "uss wanderer by aragon" after that I'm gonna print the Enterprise B and make a new build threat here.

Thanks Marko for your help and your offer to help me with any questions that might come up when I start the build.
Btw, how long is the Enterprise B in centimeters when finished ?

@ Ennder
Marko beat me to it as you can see :)
Great community this is, I realy should have started papermodeling earlier.

@ Rogerio,

The TOS Enterprise is a fine ship (they all are actually ) but the B is my favourite. Heh I knew you weren't gonna take a break :)

Cheers and all the best to all of you,
Elko

i´m glad to helped you!
I found now, where the files are! on this site the download dont work:

http://cleverpapermodel.com/startrek/

but if you slide over "Star Trek" in the head menu it open a pop-up menu where you can click "Class Excelsior" and go to this site:

http://cleverpapermodel.com/startrek/class-excelsior/

these links work :thumb:

The model of the Ent-B is in 1/1700 approx. 28cm, but if i remember me right was that model in 1/1000!

If you have problems, ich hoffe, dass du mir dann in deutsch schreiben kannst! Das macht die Kommunikation etwas einfacher für mich! As "Neighbor" could that be not a problem, or!?

Greetings
