Lockheed F-22 Raptor flyable paper model

It takes years to achieve this project and we spent hundred of models before successfully found the secret how this model can truely fly. With the request from a Lockheed Martin officer, who wished to see this aircraft flight character if the Raptor become the paper model then the invention emerged.

We found that this airplane flied as if a tiny paper plane when it was airborne three years ago.

Today... this project again on development for being a future paper airplane model for global interested person.

Let make this toy become the public hobby for people around the world! :wave:

I find this model incredible, I look forward to your new one. It's hard to imagine how much better you can make this but I totally believe you!! :)

That sounds excellent. It is wonderful to see all the support equipment around these craft.

I think many people would be amazed to see the ground support needed. Having models of this stuff is great, as the same equipment is used on many aircraft.

We once invented a duct fa SAAB Gripen which its length 1.20 meter, however. even we enlarge the model to that big but the duct fan itself still being too big to fit with the model so we tried other invention, we re-sized the scale of it then use the computer fan motor with its blade. It was cool! It fly like a little bird but today we still need many improvement for this technique.

The road for this invention is still too long to achieve but we hope some day something will certainly happen.

That sounds amazing! Made of paper? Do you have the plans for that? I'd love to build something like that! The servos, batteries, radio controls, etc. are so small these days that it wouldn't be difficult to install those and make it fully controllable!

I was suggested by the real aviator (S-2 Tracker, and the Nomad) to invent this tiny paper models to be flyable. We once success to make it glide as a wonderful glider. We failed to make the RC duct fan because the engine is too big to fit in the tiny paper. We made the ordinary RC flying F-86 and the Nomad. It flied but its structure were not strong enough for the wind when it flied fast.

Now, we are working to use the micro scale computer fan with micro batteries. It will take some time but we hope it will be an amazing one in the future.

I have no doubt you will succeed. A lot of people just put in the tiny clear pusher props and they fly so great, and the prop is virtually invisible. It is a viable option. :)

If you put the motor in the airframe, and use a long shat for the propeller, use a small rubber hose on each end of the shaft to absorb the vibrations and it will work. he harmonic imbalance can cause the motor to run with much less power output.. You could also use the spring from a Ink Pen, it will do the same thing. These can be glued in place with crazy glue. Just make sure you have a "Flat" on the motor shaft so it will not slip. Using this method will allow you to have more flexibility with the center of gravity. The picture below is a picture of what is used in "N" scale trains. The coupling is flexible and absorbs unwanted vibrations and oscillations from the motor spinning and feedback from the propeller are absorbed (in this case). A small rubber hose would serve the same purpose, just make sure it's tight but flexible. This parts are extremely small. I believe the parts are approximately .125" on an inch, or 3.175 mm. I made a little picture to try and explain. There would have to be a bearing on the end of the prop and the motor being securely mounted would not need a bearing as the motor has one in it already. :)

Dear Zathros,

We will try the other method, which soon we hope it will be success.

Just finish a new Isreali Kfir C2 a few hours ago and hope to postit for your viewing rinight.

I am working on the Sikorsky MH-65 Blackfoot or the Stealth Blackhawk that fallen during the Bin Laden air raid.
