Very nice work. Worthy of some track detailing. Your models have such nice fold lines. Great work!

I managed to build the Onager "straight from the box", but the models can be detailed. I'm going to build a detailed version of UD-41
in Luna White livery.

I like these models, but I don't like what this guy is doing. He is taking well known models, putting his spin on them, then selling them. i don't have a problem with him making a buck, but I am sure he does not have the right to sell these. that being said, he has no legs to stand on if someone decided to pirate his models, he did the same thing. These models, at least the many I checked out, are stolen designs, in my opinion.
I know that most of the Sixteen Hours Wars/Saga of the Uppity Robots models are directly inspired by Galactica, and Ebbles clearly admit it. He first made them freely available, don't know why he change his mind... but he says that papermodels are not his main core business, so I think that if he will go into legal trouble, he simply quits.
But there are many original models ( or simply I can not recognise where they took inspiration) that are worth building. I enjoy it very much, they have great textures and easy but effective "engineering"...

I don't want to rain on your fine builds, but unless he starts offering them all free again, he cannot be linked to from here. He falls under the commercial vendor category, and one who has the gall to charge for stuff he is ripping off!

It's not me, it is you guys. I really mean that. This forum, for the most part runs itself. Rhaven, Padre, Bulldogowner, Ekuth and I take care of SPAM and the occasional interloper, but the members make this forum great!
@Rhaven Blaack: I not sure if I understand what "former" means (bad bad english of mine), I think some reinforcers/parts that serve to give the right shape to things...
The model is mostly build from simple shapes and boxes that are glued togheter, with occasional internal reinforcer.
I printe mine on 200gr/m2 - 110lb cardstock. with all the surface layering,the model is becoming very sturdy.

A former is a piece of usually 1mm thick cardboard that goes inside the model, usually at a that gives rigidity to the model. The picture below is the former set for a ship model. A piece running down the middle spaces the formers, this can also be done with boxes cut to the size needed and glued. You end up with an inside frame structure that keeps you model straight and true. I think you do an incredibly clean and truly crisp model. You have great skills! A models pick up complexity, the former is made first and all pieces are added to the former to obtain the final shape. This is mostly with ship and aircraft models. I love the Legos this modelers uses for supporting his work. I do the same thing. Great things these Legos!
