Tyrrell P34 Ford F1 (1976) 1/30scale

This machine is very famous. For the 1976 season, Every win in the Sweden GP was decorated with 6 wheels. 1976 Tyrrell P34 Ford F1

Small scale, slight difficulty, but so far so fun. :) can't wait till it's done.

Must! Have! Patience!

(Tried to load pics, but was told that every format I tried was invalid. FML!)

See my build pics here until I can upload them to Zealot. sorry bout this.

So, I've tried EVERY type of Format for Pics, and im still not allowed, because they are "invalid". Yet I see others able to post pics.

Im getting the idea that my work is not up to standard, and noone cares to see it.

This is the strange part. I am seeing people uploading pictures too. I have tried and I can't either? I imagine by Tuesday or Wednesday. So very sorry. please bear with this. The Admin knows how important this is.

I saw your pics at P.M. You are doing this model great justice, as Goodduck said, I feel like building this now. I remember this car when it first came out. It was so out of the box, it probably inspired many other people in many other fields, even though it was an ultimate failure.

This is definitely on my list. My Brother in law, a person who has done far too much for me, always wanted a model of one of these. I am compiling a lit of models for the upcoming Winter months, this one is on there!

There is fine enough detail that you could scale this up to 1/18th scale and it would STILL look fantastic :)

Just print it at 167%

Wheels are tough. I had an electronics shop some many years back. I had it for around 10 years. In the first 2 years, VCR's were still being fixed. I purchased the "Briefcase" with all different size rubber wheels. . The wheels are still in great shape and I am going to try and use them in the next car, tank, or anything I need that uses wheels! Wheels are such a drag.

That being said, yours are coming ut great. I also fund this stuff called "Liquid Electrical Tape". It goes on like a thin liquid rubbery solution and dries like hard rubber. I also am going to try that for effect. I have to figure what to make next. It's not for lack of models, that's for sure.
