Permission from the Designer

Hi all,
I just wanted to do this as a formality; I have always allowed anyone to modify my models.

You have my express permission to modify my USS Enterprise model pattern in any way desired. You also have my permission to distribute the revised pattern by any means. Please acknowledge me as the original designer and please do not charge for the revised model. This should be made freely available for all.

Best Regards,

Thanks for putting your design out there for modification, Ron. A lot of designers have a fit if it's done without permission ( And a few will pitch a fit anyway. ), but it's nice to know there's at least one who understands that it's the sincerest form of flattery in this hobby.

Different Strokes

Thanks for putting your design out there for modification, Ron. A lot of designers have a fit if it's done without permission ( And a few will pitch a fit anyway. ), but it's nice to know there's at least one who understands that it's the sincerest form of flattery in this hobby.

Thanks! Other designers have their own reasons; I figure live and let live. What works for me, may not work for others. I respect all other opinions and reasons (even if no reason is given).

This is just my way of saying thanks for building and improving the hobby.

Just my 4 cents (inflation you know). Let's not dwell on the subject please. Just enjoy the new version. Thanks again for your work. I'm really looking forward to the new version!

Best Regards,

Wow, with lights that looks really awesome! And I like the paper enterprise of course too. Very detailed. I think I need to build one to add to my movie DVDs :) I allready have some figures and things in it, but this would look even better.
