Aniens M41A pulse rifle

I was inspired by atamjeet's build.

This is an outstanding model, very well designed, excellent graffics, detailed instructions, all the pieces fit together well, an excellent job by J. Rukr, he's currently working on the Sulaco, an excellent thread.

I would recommend this to others builders.

Looking really good there, CA. This is one of the models I'm aiming to do as well, soon. Have you got the grenade kit as well or just doing the gun for display?

The printer is just cheapo HP Deskjet 1430, no paint...not yet.
I didn't print off the grenades, there's nothing you can really do with them, except display. I used photoshop on the page that has them because there are some parts for the rifle on the same page. Beware...I used a whole color and half a black ink cartridge.

Nice build. I think it's one of the cleanest I've ever seen.

OT: Wulfric, where did you find the kit? Personally I use a Spyder MR-1. Cheap, affordable, and pretty reliable. You also might want to check out paradoxgames.net or Look up "Aliens in the Rockies."

You know ive had this model on my hard drive for a while now but never attempted it due to all the parts on it... but i will say you build is very very good and very clean to

Thanks All

Don't let the parts sheets and instructions fool you. I was a very nice build, the instructions are right on and easy. The only tough part was the cooling vents in the grenade launcher section, kinda tedious. If you decide to build, take note when you get to the slide handle that cocks the launcher, it's actually supposed to slide but it was alittle small and didn't fit quite right. I did a little trimming and just glued it in place.

Very nice! I'll made it some day and if not too challenging, modify it for paintball! ;-)

I go to the Aliens in the Rockies paintball tournament every year, and have thought about doing that for some time. I am thinking of printing it on cardstock, then gluing that to plastic (like those cheap-o "No Trespassing" signs you find at Wal-Mart), and reinforcing the heck out of it. I think it would be a big hit, especially since Aliens is themed after the Aliens, Predator, and Terminator movies (paradoxgames.com).

Or, if you were a good metalsmith, make it out of metal, like aluminum. It'd take a lot of work, but be much more durable.

In metal, it'll be awesome! Your idea to glue it on plastic is very good! I think i'll do it for summer. If it work, I'll post picture of it when it'll be done! Thanks!
