I'm new to all this Forum stuff. I've been model-making since childhood but took a break for a few years. I've just got into paper/card models after years of plastic/resin hacking.
Where do I go?
What do I do?

Well there are many venues to choose from as well as links and paper modeling sites. Check out the links, and here http://www.ss42.com/ On the left margin, click on paper toys and you will get a list of links. Go through all of them and enjoy, and here as well. http://www.papermodelers.com/ The only drawback, like here as well, you must make at least 10 viable postings to be able to access the freebies. Choose your niche and start building. When you feel comfortable, post your projects here so that we may also enjoy in the joy of your fruits. Enjoy and see you around the forums.

Apologies...

... for not acknowledging your message earlier. I don't use this machine as often as I should. Thanks for your message of ancoiuragement and the links.
I'm in the middle of getting my hands and eyes back into fine fettle for close-up work and accuracy and I'm struggling a little (head-band magnifiers etc.!)
I've almost finished a Maly Maodelarz Slazak and, when I got bored with that, started ORP Garland by the same maker. I'll publish some piccies when I can work out what to do!

Welcome - I too am fairly new to this forum but it seems like there has been more activity here recently. This is good. Just thought that I'd add to the other links mentioned for freebie stuff. www.papercraft.net is a good one as is the Canon Creative Park site - http://cp.ij.com/en/
should be able to find something to peak your interest.
