Since I am going away in about a week, i feel that my last project before my vacation should be a relatively big one. Well, as the title says, this project will be a model of the P100 landkreuzer, which I just started an hour ago sign1. So far, I have the tread housings designed

By the way: the reason I take screenshots with my webcam in shoddy quality is to deter impatient pirates.

Tank treads & a pantload of pages

Wow, after resizing the model, ONE HALF of a tank tread housing takes up one page...same goes for the treads. With just these four assemblies done, 8 pages have been taken up...

First half of the hull is complete

Here are the photos of the tank hull's construction: one half of a tank tread assembly, the inner support beams of said assembly, and the final complete hull halve.

Thanks for the support, guys! :thumb:

Anti-aircraft cannon and the Landkreuzer

Well, the model is complete! I thank all of you for your support along the way. I will start making improvements to the model and I will submit the final copy to the downloads section as soon as I can.

Turret improvements

The model is pretty much finished. I have improved the turret as to make it sleeker and more like that of a ship. The secondary turret has also been changed, being more like that of a panzer.

If, my history serves me right this beast was never tested in combat? Even so it would have been pretty disasterous for the germans big target like that... bombers i hear? Nice model though cant wait to get stuck in : D

@Fonzerlator: Yeah, Hitler would've been crazier than he already was to let that be built! sign1 Also, I read that the tank would've gotten stuck in the ground/destroyed the pavement due to its awesome weight.

@Gerald43: I won't be coloring this, unfortunately. Each part practically takes up and entire page, and I'll be helping the printer companies a lot if I color this in sign1 Of course, anyone can feel free to recolor this and post their results :thumb:
