Congratulations Uhu02 on a much deserved picture of the week award:thumb:. a small update with the addition of a bubble.Unfortunately I could not get the page to translate to find out where the bubble was obtained from but I wish some of my aircraft kits had canopies this clear.

Were you able to find out what the bubble is made of Gixergs? I'd love to know too.

Marvelous work uhu02!

Sadly no,I just can't get the page to translate, mind you the clockwork PC I use has trouble just getting online so no real surprise there.Hopefully Uhu02 will pop in and leave a note about it.

Uhu02,
Your work is simply amazing. The photos you post on your website really demonstrate your skill in both design and building.

Thank you very much for you work in designing the Proteus, it has been a favorite of mine since I first saw the movie and have always wanted to build a model of it.

Best regards,

Uhu02,

Only to assist your work is already a fantastic voyage. I have a question. Why did you put the name Kawasaki on the submarine engines? Which is the idea behind this? Is some allusion to the jet ski engines produced by company?

I bought it in this shop. However, the real diameter was 3.5cm without being concerned to buy a thing of a diameter of 3cm.

uhu02

could you rescale your modle to match the dome?
for it not matching it looks real good ( no perfect ! )

I guess you can leave it to lift off or stick it together but as I said before I can't get the page to translate, pretty cool either way.
