Hi, I'm now on a series of Great Lakes 1000 Footers, thus I already finished the M/V "Stewart J. Cort" and M/V "Burns Harbor".
Oncoming 1000 Footers are the M/V "Edgar B. Speer" and M/V "Edwin H. Gott".

Here's shots on how the M/V "Stewart J. Cort" standed.
Ask me first if you want one of them!sign1

The M/V "Burns Harbor".

The model (printed in A3 sheets) has 58 cm in length.

Hope you like it as I did! :p

Looks good! Nice job on them both, and I especially like the boom on the Burns. I was never satisfied with the one I used on my own generic 700 footer. Will you be making these available? I've had reference material gathered to design my own, but just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Hi Scott,

Glad you like them! :eek:ops:

The boom isn't that difficult to build, but if you think it worths on your 700 footer, you can take & remake it, under my credits.

Can you show me your 700 footer, please? Is it like the M/V "Joseph L. Block"?

Anyway,
you can go to my file hosting page, that's where I store all my papermodel designs. Try this link:

You have both M/V "Burns Harbor" and M/V "Stewart J. Cort" there.

Also, another two 1000 footers (from Great Lakes Fleet), M/V "Edgar B. Speer" and M/V "Edwin H. Gott" will be launched soon.

Thanks MML! I see you have both the Interlake and Bethlehem versions of the Cort, too. Soon as I get some more ink, they're moving up near the top of my build list!

Nice inspiration, now I'll have to start working on mine again. Here's a pic I took with my old camera, sorry I don't have much better at the moment. Various scale and incarnations of my generic Ontario Steamship Lines ship, as well as the Fitz, Windoc, and Cliffs Victory.
